Software Engineer III, Infrastructure, Core in Canada new

Responsibilities

  • Triage and resolve product or system issues by analyzing impacts on hardware, networks, services, and quality.
  • Write product or system development code for core infrastructure.
  • Contribute to and update documentation or educational content.
  • Participate in or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders.
  • Review other developers’ code and provide feedback on best practices, testability, accuracy, and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least two years of backend software development experience.
  • Experience managing and debugging cloud systems, including monitoring, logging, or tracing.
  • Preferred: experience with Infrastructure as a Service, performance analysis and debugging, Go or C++, and managing system availability, performance, or scalability.
