Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise banking applications, including feature ownership, sprint execution, deployment, and post-production validation.
  • Design and develop scalable banking products using React.js, Node.js, Express.js, GraphQL, MongoDB, and Cassandra.
  • Work with Azure cloud services for application hosting, deployment validation, monitoring, and release activities.
  • Manage CI/CD pipelines and release orchestration using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure Pipelines, Azure DevOps, Rancher, Docker, Terraform, and Git workflows.
  • Lead monthly enterprise release management, including change requests, CAB participation, production rollouts, release validation, and hotfix deployments.
  • Perform production validation, cluster health checks, Kubernetes version validation, deployment monitoring, and operational governance.
  • Implement DevOps and infrastructure-as-code practices with Docker and Terraform.
  • Use Kibana and Quantum Metrics for monitoring, troubleshooting, issue analysis, and performance insights.
  • Apply Black Duck, Fortify, and AEGIS for security, licensing, compliance, and operational remediation.
  • Design agentic AI bots and AI-assisted engineering workflows using ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and GitHub Copilot.
  • Deliver enterprise automation that reduces manual remediation and accelerates vulnerability resolution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
  • Five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate software development experience.
  • At least 24 months of experience designing and developing scalable full-stack products with React.js, Node.js, Express.js, GraphQL, MongoDB, and Cassandra.
  • At least 24 months of experience working on a cloud ecosystem for application hosting, deployment validation, monitoring, and release activities.
  • At least 24 months of experience managing CI/CD pipelines and release orchestration using Jenkins, GitHub, Rancher, Docker, Terraform, and Git-based workflows.
  • At least 24 months of experience performing production validation, cluster health checks, Kubernetes version validation, deployment monitoring, and operational governance with Rancher and containerized cloud infrastructure.
  • Experience may be gained before, during, or after a master’s program and may be gained concurrently.
  • Ability to comply with U.S. Bank policies, procedures, code of ethics, workplace conduct, and safety requirements.
  • Successful completion of applicable background checks and compliance with potentially relevant banking and regulatory requirements.
