Responsibilities

  • Build and ship first-party integration connectors between NodeZero and customer security platforms.
  • Design integration schemas and data mappings that translate NodeZero findings into platform-native formats.
  • Maintain and evolve integrations as third-party APIs change and customer needs emerge.
  • Write integration documentation and configuration guides for customer self-service.
  • Diagnose and resolve integration failures reported by customers or detected through monitoring.
  • Work with the Integrations Platform team to build connectors on shared infrastructure rather than one-off scripts.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of professional software engineering experience, including at least 1 year building production integrations or connectors against third-party APIs.
  • Experience consuming REST or GraphQL APIs, including handling authentication token refresh, pagination, rate limiting, partial failures, and schema drift.
  • Ability to interpret third-party API documentation and create reliable, tested connectors.
  • Proficiency in Go or Python.
  • Comfort working in containerized and cloud-native environments with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.
  • Understanding of webhook and event-driven integration patterns.
  • Preferred experience with CrowdStrike Falcon, SentinelOne, Splunk, ServiceNow, Jira, or similar security and ITSM tools.
  • Preferred familiarity with EDR, SIEM, and SOAR concepts and security-team operations.
  • Preferred experience designing integration data models or field-mapping schemas.
  • Preferred background in customer-facing or product-adjacent engineering roles.

Salary: $149k - $190k/yr
