Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and debug the StockX iOS application using Swift and UIKit.
  • Build and consume GraphQL and REST APIs connected to backend services.
  • Apply MVVM architecture, design patterns, and iOS best practices.
  • Own initiatives end to end, including A/B testing, deployment, monitoring, and production support.
  • Partner with product owners, program managers, and engineering managers to create resilient, scalable technical solutions.
  • Break down system designs and guide junior engineers through component design and implementation.
  • Champion engineering best practices and development standards.
  • Evaluate security, scalability, reliability, and performance tradeoffs.
  • Respond to live-site issues and communicate with stakeholders during incidents.
  • Contribute to team processes and sprint outcomes.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of relevant development experience.
  • Strong understanding of the iOS platform and its common conventions.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to document features, changes, and bug fixes clearly.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience on cross-functional product teams is preferred.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
