Software Engineer, iOS Integrity in Canada

Responsibilities

  • Help establish the technology roadmap and application architecture.
  • Write well-crafted, well-tested, readable, and maintainable Swift code.
  • Design, build, and improve team-owned components and scalable design documentation.
  • Participate in thoughtful code reviews to ensure quality and share knowledge.
  • Conduct technical interviews, live coding sessions, and detailed candidate evaluations.
  • Mentor junior team members through technical guidance, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
  • Promote engineering best practices through brown bags, tech talks, and other knowledge-sharing activities.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of software engineering industry experience.
  • Solid knowledge of Swift and experience delivering high-quality code.
  • Experience with object-oriented programming.
  • Experience working closely with designers and product managers.
  • Ability to write clear, scalable design documentation and improve team-owned components.
  • Preferred experience contributing to open-source projects.
  • Preferred experience with declarative UI frameworks such as SwiftUI.
  • Preferred experience with unidirectional and reactive programming.
