Responsibilities

Architect and develop security platform capabilities for security, compliance, privacy, identity, secrets, key management, onchain security, policy, risk, and vulnerability management use cases.
Build new production services using Golang or Java and design scalable systems with modern cloud technology.
Define strategic technical roadmaps, quarterly priorities, project deliverables, and a long-term vision for backend systems.
Write, test, debug, review, and maintain high-quality code and feature designs with attention to security, safety, scale, operational integrity, and architectural clarity.
Collaborate with engineers, designers, product managers, stakeholders, and senior leadership to turn technical and product vision into deliverable roadmaps.
Mentor and train team members on system design techniques and coding standards.
Improve systems so they are easier to deploy, operate, own, and diagnose.

Requirements

At least 3 years of software engineering experience.
Experience designing, building, scaling, and maintaining production services and composing service-oriented architectures.
Strong technical skills in system design and coding.
Ability to write high-quality, well-tested code and solve difficult technical problems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a preference for open and transparent working practices.
Ability to use generative AI responsibly while maintaining human oversight and delivering business-ready outputs.
