Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain robust low-level secure software using C, C++, and Rust.
Perform code-level security analysis, implement and verify defenses against emerging threats, and mitigate software vulnerabilities.
Collaborate with Hardware, Software, Product, and Architecture teams to integrate system security solutions.
Develop efficient software meeting defined security properties and contribute to system security and performance KPIs.
Participate in security architecture discussions and document software designs and implementations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
At least 2 years of software development experience in one or more programming languages such as C, C++, or Rust, or 1 year with an advanced degree.
At least 2 years of experience building software for data privacy or security, such as identity and access management.
Experience with embedded software, low-level software development, device software, or hardware/software system environments.
Preferred experience with security software engineering, secure coding standards, vulnerability analysis, security testing methodologies, and fuzzing.
Preferred experience with System on Chip architecture, low-level driver development, embedded debugging, hardware security concepts, secure boot, Trusted Execution Environments, roots of trust, device authentication, Digital Rights Management, cryptographic protocols, or ML security.

Benefits

15% bonus target, equity, and benefits are included in addition to base pay.

Salary: $147k - $210k/yr
