Responsibilities

Design and implement highly available, fault-tolerant devices that operate for long periods with minimal maintenance.
Participate in and lead architecture, design, and code reviews.
Improve product experience, reliability, and efficiency.
Develop prototypes and manage experiments to validate key design concepts.
Write quality Linux-based software for common processors and microcontrollers.
Develop hardware-in-the-loop testbeds and test cases.
Own the complete software lifecycle, including development, testing, and support.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, math, or another STEM discipline.
At least one year of professional software engineering experience; internship experience is acceptable.
Deep understanding of technologies previously worked with and the ability to analyze issues several layers deep.
Experience with embedded systems and launching or operating consumer or enterprise products.
Knowledge of networking and the Linux networking stack.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and software engineering fundamentals.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with changing needs and requirements.
Applicants must meet applicable ITAR authorization requirements.
