Responsibilities

Own software solutions deployed to customers.
Write software that improves products and scales mission capabilities to additional customers.
Collaborate across teams to plan, build, and test complex functionality.
Create and analyze metrics for debugging and monitoring.
Triage issues, determine root causes, and coordinate next steps.
Partner with end users to translate needs into features while balancing user experience and engineering constraints.
Travel up to 50% to Asia Pacific to build, test, and deploy capabilities in real-world environments.

Requirements

Strong engineering background from industry or school, ideally in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics.
Experience with programming languages such as Go, Rust, or Python.
Experience with frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.
Experience building software solutions involving significant data processing and analysis.
Ability to quickly understand and navigate complex systems and established codebases.
Fluent Mandarin language skills.
Willingness to travel up to 50% to Asia Pacific.
Preferred: 4+ years of professional industry experience.
Preferred: experience developing software or hardware for safety-critical functionality.
Preferred: familiarity with distributed communication networks and message standards.
Desire to work on critical software with real-world impact.
