Responsibilities

Assist with understanding project requirements and preparing or updating test cases aligned with the Requirement Traceability Matrix.
Execute manual functional and regression test cases under supervision.
Participate in test script reviews and Software Quality Assurance documentation reviews.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and release managers to support product quality and timely delivery.
Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
Document test execution results and assist with test summary reports.
Apply SQA methodologies, tools, and best practices while supporting continuous process improvement.
Assist with validation documentation compliant with GxP and 21 CFR Part 11.
Support User Acceptance Testing and other testing activities as assigned.
Coordinate with distributed global teams and support cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field.
Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle, Software Testing Life Cycle, Agile methodologies, software testing concepts, and defect life cycle.
Good understanding of databases and SQL for data validation.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Eagerness to learn domain-specific regulations such as GxP and 21 CFR Part 11.
Preferred: at least one year of testing experience with Web and/or Mobile applications.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, work across time zones, and collaborate with minimal guidance.
Preferred: software testing certification such as ISTQB Foundation Level.
