Responsibilities

Contribute throughout the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
Develop scalable, reliable, and maintainable software for manufacturing test and automation environments.
Collaborate with product, manufacturing, and test engineering teams to understand system behavior and requirements.
Participate in Agile sprint planning, reviews, and continuous improvement activities.
Debug and resolve complex technical issues across software and system boundaries.
Apply AI-assisted and agentic workflows to improve test efficiency and development velocity.
Share knowledge, guide less experienced engineers, and influence organizational engineering strategies.

Requirements

Require 5–7 years of relevant software engineering experience.
Demonstrated software development and engineering fundamentals, including the ability to design, code, test, and debug complex systems.
Strong proficiency in one or more of C#, Python, Java, or SQL.
Experience with operating systems, networking concepts, system-level interactions, tools, databases, and hardware platforms.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or equivalent, is desirable.
Experience with manufacturing systems, test automation, embedded software, firmware, BIOS, or device-level integration is desirable.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, and AI-assisted development tools is desirable.
