Responsibilities

  • Partner with account executives across South Korea to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Advise enterprise customers throughout their Claude adoption journey from discovery and evaluation through deployment.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to drive customer success.
  • Support customers building with the Claude API and Claude for Work.
  • Create and deliver technical content for engineering, development, business, and executive audiences.
  • Guide architecture decisions and help customers integrate Claude into existing technology stacks.
  • Help customers develop evaluation frameworks for their specific use cases.
  • Identify integration patterns and provide insights to Product and Engineering teams.
  • Travel occasionally to customer sites for workshops, technical deep dives, and relationship building.
  • Maintain knowledge of LLM capabilities and implementation patterns.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
  • Native-level Korean fluency and business-level English proficiency.
  • Experience working with enterprise customers and complex, multi-stakeholder buying cycles.
  • Ability to build relationships and communicate technical concepts to executives, engineering teams, and IT teams.
  • Strong technical communication skills for translating between technical and business stakeholders.
  • Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating enterprise systems.
  • Comfort with Python.
  • Familiarity with common LLM frameworks and tools or a background in machine learning or data science.
  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in a relevant field demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience.
  • Ability to collaborate across organizations, balance competing priorities, teach, mentor, and communicate complex topics clearly.
