Responsibilities

Contribute to software solutions and on-orbit capabilities deployed to customers.
Develop code and architecture for orbital software, mission systems, and interfaces with multi-domain systems.
Integrate legacy systems and support interfaces to multimodal payloads, spacecraft bus platforms, and networking solutions.
Collaborate across teams to plan, build, and test complex functionality.
Create and analyze metrics for debugging and monitoring, triage issues, identify root causes, and coordinate corrective actions.
Partner with end users to translate mission needs into features while balancing user experience and engineering constraints.

Requirements

Recently completed a bachelor's and/or master's degree in computer science, computer/software engineering, mathematics, physics, or a related field.
Able to start full time in 2026.
Familiarity with algorithms, data structures, storage systems, cloud infrastructure, front-end frameworks, and other technical tools.
Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Go, Rust, and Python.
Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
Preferred: experience with spacecraft software systems and operations, satellite mission autonomy including fault isolation and recovery, or deployment tooling such as Kubernetes, OpenShift, or Helm.
Preferred: low-ego, high ownership, mission-oriented approach and a desire to work on critical software in the space domain.
