Sr. Evaluation, Validation & Simulation Engineer in USA new

Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve autonomy KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Lead development of evaluation and validation infrastructure.
  • Design scalable testing and performance-analysis methodologies.
  • Build simulation-driven validation workflows.
  • Develop tools for failure analysis and scenario mining.
  • Drive data-informed prioritization of autonomy improvements.
  • Mentor engineers and contribute to team growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in autonomy, robotics, simulation, ML infrastructure, validation, analytics, or large-scale software systems.
  • Strong software engineering and system design skills.
  • Experience leading technical projects from concept through deployment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated ownership and a track record of driving difficult technical problems from ambiguity to successful deployment.
  • Preferred experience includes autonomous driving, safety-critical systems, simulation platforms, data mining and analytics, ML evaluation and benchmarking, and statistical modeling.

Salary: $210k - $300k/yr
