Responsibilities

Lead complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and engineers to deliver significant business impact.
Set technical direction for critical technical surface areas to support continued growth.
Design, develop, and own new product functionality and infrastructure using modern frameworks and tooling.
Build the Integrations Platform and shared primitives for authentication, lifecycle, observability, and publishing across Vanta’s integration ecosystem.
Collaborate with engineers to improve security and trust outcomes for customers.
Mentor engineers and contribute to Vanta’s engineering culture.

Requirements

At least 5 years of industry experience.
Experience playing technical leadership roles for teams or complex projects.
Previous startup experience or experience in an environment prioritizing a bias for action.
Previous experience working on greenfield projects.
Interest in learning about security or prior experience in the security space.
Openness to using AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact.
