Responsibilities

  • Own the full feature lifecycle, including debugging, documentation, testing, release, and monitoring.
  • Implement maintainable Flutter solutions using state management, dependency injection, and reactive programming practices.
  • Contribute to mobile architecture, frameworks, tooling, technical roadmaps, design reviews, and performance optimization.
  • Maintain testing strategies spanning unit, widget, integration, and end-to-end testing.
  • Improve observability, monitoring, crash analytics, product stability, and reliability across mobile products.
  • Mentor engineers and foster technical excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with Product and Design teams to improve the mobile user experience.
  • Investigate issues, mitigate them, and recommend preventative measures.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • 2+ years of hands-on Flutter and Dart experience in production environments.
  • Understanding of mobile architecture, state management, and design patterns such as BLoC, MVVM, and Clean Architecture.
  • Experience with Flutter application testing across unit, widget, integration, and end-to-end levels.
  • Familiarity with mobile CI/CD automation, RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and offline data handling.
  • Experience optimizing performance, reliability, and user experience across diverse devices.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming design principles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of native iOS with Swift and Android with Kotlin or Java is preferred.
  • Fintech or trading-platform experience and open-source framework or SDK contributions are preferred.
