Responsibilities

Lead implementation of complex software systems and services.
Influence architecture and modernization initiatives.
Mentor engineers through code reviews and technical coaching.
Support operational excellence and production reliability.
Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams.
Independently lead complex technical initiatives across product, platform, and engineering work.

Requirements

5+ years of software engineering experience.
Deep knowledge of C#, .NET, .NET Core, and modern application frameworks.
Experience with React.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, SQL, and APIs.
Strong backend and frontend engineering experience.
Experience with cloud-native application development.
Experience with AI development tools and methodologies.
Strong understanding of APIs, distributed systems, and CI/CD.
Ability to lead complex technical initiatives independently.

Salary: $104k - $178k/yr
