Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deliver high-quality full-stack software focused on scalability, performance, and maintainability.
Translate product requirements and design specifications into robust, reusable, and extensible software.
Contribute to technical designs and architectural decisions.
Ensure software quality through code reviews, automated testing, debugging, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver features and resolve technical challenges.
Explore relevant technologies, including AI-powered tools, to improve engineering productivity and problem-solving.
Share technical knowledge, mentor teammates, and contribute to a collaborative engineering culture.
Work in a Scrum-based Agile development environment to plan, prioritize, and deliver software iteratively.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, and software design patterns.
At least 3 years of experience developing web applications with JavaScript and modern frameworks or libraries such as React or Node.js.
Strong Java proficiency and experience developing Java-based applications.
At least 3 years of experience developing web-based or cloud-based applications.
Proficiency with HTML5, CSS3, and web services or APIs; Angular, GraphQL, and ES6+ familiarity are pluses.
Experience with unit, integration, and automated testing and continuous integration practices.
Familiarity with relational databases such as Oracle, MySQL, or Microsoft SQL Server.
Experience in an Agile software development environment and effective cross-functional communication.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Experience using AI-powered tools or identifying opportunities to apply AI to engineering workflows.
Unix/Linux, shell scripting, functional programming, reusable frameworks, shared platform capabilities, and component-based architecture experience are pluses.
Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
