Responsibilities

  • Design scalable, multi-tenant architecture for managing thousands of network devices across customer environments.
  • Lead AI/ML-powered network analytics, predictive maintenance, and automated troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Architect integrations with network vendor management platforms and enterprise IT systems.
  • Optimize platform performance for massive network telemetry data streams and high-throughput network metrics.
  • Design zero-trust security models for device access and customer data protection.
  • Lead API strategy for network automation, third-party integrations, and customer workflows.
  • Develop edge gateway solutions for on-premises management in hybrid deployments.
  • Plan scalable solutions for enterprise customers managing 10,000+ devices.
  • Mentor engineering teams and establish network software development best practices.
  • Work directly with enterprise customers on complex technical requirements and custom integrations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
  • 10–15 years of software development experience, including 5+ years in network management systems.
  • Deep knowledge of enterprise networking, SDN/SD-WAN, network virtualization, modern networking protocols, and NOC operations.
  • Expert experience with microservices, event-driven architecture, distributed data processing, and stream processing using Kafka or Apache Storm.
  • Experience applying machine learning to network analytics, anomaly detection, and predictive maintenance.
  • Deep understanding of network security protocols, certificate management, and secure device provisioning.
  • Extensive experience integrating network vendor APIs and management protocols across multiple manufacturers.
  • Expert knowledge of database optimization for time-series data and high-throughput network metrics.
  • Advanced knowledge of cloud networking services, VPC design, and hybrid cloud architectures.
  • Experience with Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, Fortinet, or other major network vendors and their management APIs.
  • Proven track record building SaaS platforms for enterprise customers.
  • Network certification program knowledge, including preferred CCNA or CCNP knowledge.
  • Strong background in both software engineering and network infrastructure.
