Responsibilities

Conduct regular security assessments of new projects, infrastructure, and code.
Identify and mitigate vulnerabilities in code, systems, and networks using manual testing, automated tools, threat modeling, and threat intelligence.
Monitor offensive security techniques, application security threats, and blockchain security practices and recommend improvements.
Write detailed security reports, present findings to management and technical teams, and help prevent real-world attacks.
Partner with development teams to implement secure coding practices and ensure cryptographic functions are secure and integrated throughout the software development lifecycle.
Write proof-of-concept exploits, review remediation code, and verify that patches meet repository standards.
Participate in incident response and incident management activities.
Lead large cross-team security projects.

Requirements

7+ years of experience with offensive security techniques, focused on blockchain technology and cryptography.
Strong understanding of security risks, vulnerabilities, and concepts in web and mobile applications.
Proficiency reviewing JavaScript and TypeScript code, with strong knowledge of application security threats and offensive security techniques.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
