Responsibilities

Design and develop robust AI architectures, frameworks, and algorithms for large-scale enterprise SaaS AI solutions.
Build platform capabilities for deploying, monitoring, troubleshooting, and governing AI agents across multiple products.
Evaluate and select AI technologies, tools, and frameworks for performance, accuracy, and scalability.
Lead the Agent Platform technical roadmap and provide technical direction to Core AI platform teams.
Use agent observability data to improve trust, safety, compliance, performance, and product quality.
Collaborate with applied scientists, product managers, engineers, and security architects on AI architecture and technical decisions.
Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
8+ years of experience working as a Software Engineer or in a related role.
Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++.
Experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.
Solid understanding of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and experience deploying AI models on cloud platforms.
Experience with security and governance for agentic workflows.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Knowledge of ethical considerations and responsible AI practices is preferred.
