Responsibilities

Build scalable, reusable software features and enhance the existing AI Search product suite.
Develop Client Scripts, UI Policies, Business Rules, Script Includes, and search-related UI components using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and platform APIs.
Modify GraphQL, Java, and scriptable APIs and develop analytics dashboards with database schema and data transformation work.
Build and maintain interactive administrative interfaces for search and machine-learning capabilities.
Own code from design through delivery, including automated testing, manual test plans, test suites, and end-to-end test cases.
Improve QA processes, configure test instances and upgrade paths, and support reliability, performance, and production readiness.
Work with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to define requirements, acceptance criteria, and integrated test plans.
Provide technical support for customer-reported search UI/UX issues.

Requirements

8+ years of software engineering experience delivering high-quality products.
Proficiency in Python, Java, or similar object-oriented languages.
Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.
Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance optimization.
Experience with automated testing frameworks and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Understanding of software quality principles including reliability, observability, and production readiness.
Ability to troubleshoot complex systems and optimize performance across the stack.
Experience with AI-powered tools or workflows, including dataset validation, model predictions, and inference consistency.
Comfort with IDEs, debuggers, profilers, source control, and Unix-based systems.
Experience with Java, Jenkins, JUnit, Playwright, Selenium, or similar testing tools is relevant to the role.

Base pay of $166,500-$291,400, plus equity when applicable, variable/incentive compensation, and benefits.
