Responsibilities

Design, build, and evolve Android systems for Mobile Device Management products.
Lead Android platform architecture, technical direction, and critical product components.
Define scalable approaches to mobile security, performance, authentication, storage, networking, provisioning, privacy, and application management.
Write secure, maintainable Java and Kotlin code for high-quality Android experiences.
Lead technical initiatives, review designs, break down complex problems, and mentor engineers.
Evaluate Android technologies, frameworks, and engineering practices.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, backend engineers, QA, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

8+ years of object-oriented software engineering experience with deep native Android expertise.
Expert knowledge of Java and Kotlin, including concurrency, multithreading, design patterns, and performance optimization.
Strong understanding of Android frameworks, platform internals, design guidelines, and development best practices.
Experience building secure Android applications, including secure interprocess communication between Android apps.
Track record of developing high-quality Android applications, ideally published on the Google Play Store.
Experience with enterprise mobility, mobile security, provisioning, application management, or related Android platform capabilities.
Understanding of cryptography and PKI.
B.Tech. or M.Tech. in Computer Science, or equivalent relevant development experience.
Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync experience is strongly preferred.
