Responsibilities

Lead the design and delivery of complex enterprise identity and security solutions from discovery through deployment and optimization.
Develop innovative solutions for identity, access, and security challenges.
Influence architecture decisions to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, resilient, and fit for purpose.
Provide technical leadership, coaching, and mentoring across engineering teams.
Champion DevSecOps through automation, testing, observability, and operational excellence.
Drive continuous improvement through engineering standards, governance, and modern delivery practices.

Requirements

Extensive experience delivering enterprise technology solutions across architecture, software engineering, implementation, and optimization.
Deep knowledge of the software development lifecycle and Agile delivery practices.
Strong DevSecOps mindset with experience embedding security, quality, automation, and operational ownership into engineering.
Experience designing and delivering cloud-native solutions, particularly on AWS.
Ability to influence technical direction and engage effectively with engineering and business stakeholders.
Experience mentoring others and fostering continuous learning, experimentation, and innovation.
Experience with several of Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, TeamCity, Snyk, SonarQube, Octopus, Terraform, CloudFormation, Docker, and Kubernetes is helpful.
Exposure to artificial intelligence, machine learning, or large language models is highly regarded.
