Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a next-generation Resource Manager and AI developer tools for secure, policy-compliant data access across hybrid environments.
  • Design scalable, event-driven microservices for resource management.
  • Build developer tools for workflow orchestration, model management, observability, and operational efficiency.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to architectural decisions for AI infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with Product, TPM, and Compliance teams on end-to-end machine learning model development lifecycle experiences.
  • Improve system reliability, performance, monitoring, and incident management practices.
  • Own critical platform initiatives from design through operation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 8 years of professional software development experience, or 6 years with an advanced degree.
  • Experience designing, building, and operating large-scale distributed systems in cloud environments.
  • Proficiency in at least one of Java, Go, or Python.
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and cloud-native development practices.
  • Preferred experience with Kafka, Cassandra, ClickHouse, MongoDB, Kubernetes, Docker, gRPC, Spring, microservices, ML infrastructure, TensorFlow, PyTorch, ONNX, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Java Spring Boot, Hibernate, and distributed-systems data governance, compliance, and access control.
  • Ability to lead complex technical initiatives and influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Salary: $152k - $282k/yr
