Responsibilities

  • Lead development of Identity Administration features across UI components, APIs, backend services, and data persistence layers.
  • Build scalable, responsive, and accessible web applications using React and modern state management libraries.
  • Design and implement performant RESTful APIs and Java backend services for multi-organization management capabilities.
  • Partner with UX Designers, Product Managers, Product Development, QA, and Site Reliability Engineering teams to deliver secure and usable features.
  • Participate in technical design sessions and major development projects spanning frontend and backend architecture.
  • Maintain code quality through comprehensive unit and integration testing using tools such as Jest, Cypress, and JUnit.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and collaborate with SRE to maintain application reliability and uptime.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional full-stack experience building and maintaining production-grade web applications.
  • Expert-level knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript and React, with experience using modern build tools and CSS frameworks.
  • Strong experience with Java, including Spring or Dropwizard, and/or Golang.
  • Deep understanding of RESTful API principles, JSON handling, and secure frontend-backend communication.
  • Familiarity with OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and JWT in relation to session management and frontend authentication.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Preferred experience using Splunk or SignalFX for full-stack debugging, design systems or component libraries, and deploying services across isolated infrastructure units.
