Staff Software Engineer, Data Intelligence in USA

Responsibilities

  • Design and evolve scalable AI-powered systems that move, transform, and enrich data across products.
  • Partner with product, engineering, and customer-facing teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
  • Own deployment, observability, scalability, reliability, and production support for cloud-native services.
  • Lead cross-team technical initiatives from architecture through production.
  • Mentor engineers and help shape technical architecture and strategy.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including building and operating production backend or data-intensive systems.
  • Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts.
  • Experience designing distributed systems, asynchronous workflows, and reliable data-processing services.
  • Experience deploying and operating containerized applications on a major cloud platform.
  • Ability to provide technical direction, operate effectively in ambiguous environments, and lead foundational architectural decisions.
