Responsibilities

Drive technical direction and architectural strategy for a scalable enterprise product platform.
Lead complex initiatives from ambiguous requirements through shipped products.
Build AI-powered tools that help non-technical teams create and manage sophisticated workflows.
Build monitoring and analytics that provide actionable insights into AI-agent performance.
Partner with customers and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and validate product direction.
Mentor engineers and improve team practices through code review, technical design, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

6+ years of experience building full-stack software products.
Deep expertise in TypeScript and/or Python, with strong architecture and systems-design skills.
Experience designing elegant abstractions and platforms for diverse use cases.
Track record of leading technical initiatives and building consensus across teams.
Ability to balance technical excellence, rapid iteration, and customer needs.
Strong product intuition and experience translating user feedback into technical solutions.
Experience mentoring engineers and establishing technical standards.
