Responsibilities

Analyse systems and applications and recommend enhancements or development approaches.
Contribute to the technical design of system enhancements and high-level solution architecture flows.
Develop software and provide quality control for software created by geographically dispersed teams.
Assist with team management, leadership, and related team tasks.
Compile and distribute software builds and releases to development and test environments and deploy system updates to production.
Troubleshoot complex deployment and environment issues.
Prepare and document deployment and configuration scripts for development, test, and production environments.
Partner with business and IT teams to deliver strategic business-banking technology solutions.

Requirements

12+ years of relevant hands-on software development experience.
Experience creating high-level solution architecture flows, using BIAN architecture, and applying microservices architecture.
Experience with .NET Core, React JS, TypeScript, Next.js, Node.js, Python, REST, GraphQL, and API development.
Experience with GitHub, GitHub Actions, Oracle, PostgreSQL, AWS Aurora, and AWS cloud platforms.
Experience or awareness of monitoring tools including Observe, Prometheus, and Grafana.
Familiarity with AI-powered engineering tools such as Cline and GitHub Copilot.
Awareness or experience in DevOps or DevSecOps and secure coding practices.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
