Responsibilities

Lead the technical direction for mobile development strategy and patient-facing applications.
Prototype and ship features across patient mobile and web apps in partnership with product and design.
Help shape product direction for patient support, engagement, retention, and onboarding.
Collaborate directly with patients and clinical, product, and design teams to translate needs into features.
Mentor and develop junior engineers.
Establish technical standards, architecture patterns, and development practices for patient-facing products.

Requirements

Deep experience building and shipping consumer or patient-facing mobile, web, or cross-platform products.
Prior experience serving as a technical lead, setting architecture direction, and mentoring engineers.
Ability to work across the full stack in a fast-moving startup environment.
Strong focus on user experience and close collaboration with product and design.
Familiarity with trends in LLM coding agents.
Especially valued: React Native or cross-platform mobile experience; healthcare, wellness, or other high-trust consumer domain experience; engagement, retention, or onboarding experience; and AI/ML or agent-based systems experience.
