Responsibilities

  • Own the architecture for provider client-capture, conversion, and retention products.
  • Lead technical direction for lead management, client-porting, and caseload tooling.
  • Partner with product and data teams to prioritize initiatives and measure product impact.
  • Build and scale reliable AI-powered, user-facing products and LLM-powered agents or workflows.
  • Collaborate with product, design, data, Sales, CX, and pricing teams.
  • Influence technical direction across teams without direct authority and strengthen the engineering organization.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of software engineering experience.
  • Experience building and scaling user-facing products in a marketplace, vertical SaaS, or health-tech environment.
  • Production experience shipping LLM-powered agents or workflows, including evaluations, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop design.
  • Experience with data-heavy onboarding, imports, migrations, CRM or lead systems, or third-party integrations.
  • Comfort running experiments and instrumenting product impact.
  • Demonstrated ability to shape technical direction across teams without direct authority.
  • Strong systems thinking, product judgment, communication, technical depth, and leadership through influence.
  • Healthcare or insurance domain experience is nice to have.

Salary: $265k - $331k/yr
