Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a modern, responsive, high-performance agentic operations platform.
  • Design, develop, fine-tune, and optimize domain-specific small language models for enterprise applications.
  • Optimize models for low-latency inference and edge deployments, and develop inference pipelines.
  • Monitor, benchmark, and improve model efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Maintain documentation, experiment tracking, and model governance practices.
  • Build scalable backend services and APIs, and design and maintain relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Implement security, authentication, and authorization logic.
  • Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and robustness of server-side applications.
  • Integrate third-party APIs and services securely and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree with 7+ years of total experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, React.js, Node.js, and Next.js, including component lifecycle, hooks, and state management.
  • Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Tailwind, SCSS, Git, Webpack, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of API design, data modeling, and error handling.
  • Experience with Prometheus and Grafana monitoring tools.
  • Expertise in Ansible, Terraform, and shell scripting.
  • Proficiency with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
  • Preferred: understanding of configuration management and cloud platforms such as AWS.
  • Preferred: familiarity with RabbitMQ or Kafka message brokers.
  • Preferred: experience with Docker, Git, and API tools.
