Responsibilities

Architect and deploy large-scale agentic AI systems with multi-agent orchestration, tool usage, planning, memory, and autonomous reasoning using ReAct and LangGraph.
Develop post-training reinforcement learning and reward-modeling pipelines, including RLHF and RLAIF, to improve advertiser performance and shopper experience.
Lead LLM fine-tuning, distillation, and high-throughput, low-latency serving and inference infrastructure.
Analyze massive advertising datasets and convert discovered patterns into measurable improvements in CTR, CVR, and tROAS attainment.
Set long-term technical roadmaps and author Korean- and English-language technical design documents to align global stakeholders.
Promote testing, automated CI/CD, code reviews, scalable system design, and AI-assisted development workflows.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
10+ years of professional applied machine learning experience designing, shipping, and scaling production ML systems.
Hands-on experience building agentic AI systems, including multi-agent orchestration, planning, memory, and autonomous reasoning pipelines.
Strong Python and production-grade software engineering skills, including automated testing, code reviews, CI/CD, and scalable system design.
Proven technical leadership in setting direction, creating roadmaps, mentoring engineers, and aligning cross-functional organizations.
Fluent Korean and English communication skills for global collaboration.
Preferred qualifications include a master’s or Ph.D., large-scale digital advertising expertise, post-training reinforcement learning experience, LLM fine-tuning and serving optimization, end-to-end model training and serving pipelines, feature stores, evaluation and A/B testing frameworks, and experience with Claude Code or similar coding agents.
