Responsibilities

Use data playback, simulation, and visualization tools to reproduce performance issues from vehicle test drives.
Investigate logs and traces, isolate root causes, and collaborate with software and algorithm teams on fixes and improvements.
Design and implement autonomous vehicle software, including system integration, application design, performance and power optimization, and stability or compliance testing.
Improve reliability across time synchronization, vehicle networks, RADAR, LiDAR, camera processing, and sensor fusion.
Develop debugging automation and AI-assisted tooling for analyzing logs and vehicle data.
Identify technical challenges and creative opportunities to improve the autonomous vehicle software stack.

Requirements

Pursuing a BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field.
Demonstrated proficiency in C/C++ and Python.
Strong debugging ability, including reading logs and traces and validating hypotheses with evidence.
Ability to use modern AI coding assistants while verifying their output.
Familiarity with Git or other version-control tooling.
Ability to work and communicate effectively in a multinational, multi-time-zone environment.
Self-motivated and collaborative.
Preferred: autonomous driving or AV experience and knowledge of key AV technologies.
Preferred: hands-on experience with CAN and related tools, RADAR, or LiDAR.
Preferred: experience with LLM-based tooling, including prompt and context design, tool calling, agent workflows, or model-output evaluation.
Preferred: experience with large-scale log analysis and cloud-based workflows.
