Responsibilities

Build and maintain the iOS and Android mobile application using Flutter.
Contribute to architectural decisions and establish coding standards for the team.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Testers, Backend, Web, and other teams.
Introduce technologies, tools, and processes that improve developer productivity and product quality.
Debug performance and reliability issues across the stack.
Use performance optimization, profiling, CI/CD, and automated testing practices.

Requirements

Have 4+ years of programming experience, including at least one year of app development.
Have expert-level knowledge of Dart and Flutter.
Have experience with fastlane, GitHub Actions, unit tests, golden tests, performance optimization, and profiling.
Demonstrate strong ownership, self-drive, leadership, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar technical degree is a plus, but skills are prioritized.
Native iOS or Android development, mobile automated testing, gRPC, Firebase, Sentry, DataDog, Figma, and open-source experience are nice to have.
