Responsibilities

Collaborate with project teams, business stakeholders, and Data Scientists to identify and express data needs.
Design and develop data architectures and batch or real-time ingestion, extraction, processing, cleaning, organization, and modeling pipelines.
Industrialize, optimize, monitor, and deploy data pipelines supporting the Data Lake.
Implement data exposure and visualization systems and adopt innovative data, cloud, and artificial intelligence tools.
Train and technically develop team members, organize code reviews, and ensure software quality.
Participate in Databricks workshops and joint projects through Capgemini’s Databricks partnership ecosystem.

Requirements

At least five years of professional experience.
At least two years of experience with Databricks, with equivalent certification or proficiency in Delta Lake, Databricks SQL, Databricks Workflows, CI/CD, GitHub, GitLab, and Jenkins.
Experience leading a team and handling management responsibilities.
B1/B2 English proficiency for professional presentations and interactions.
Knowledge of Terraform is an advantage.
Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Synapse, or alternatively AWS or GCP.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and SAFe.
