Responsibilities

Design and implement microservices architectures using Microsoft backend technologies.
Lead technical analysis and design activities and implement development tasks following clean-code principles.
Collaborate with end users, QA, and product owners to understand needs and define product requirements and BDDs.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily meetings, and sprint retrospectives.
Conduct code reviews and recommend improvements to code quality and architecture.
Define testing strategies and improve the team’s craftsmanship and clean-code practices.
Prepare and present product demonstrations to end users.
Act as a technical reference for junior team members and support them with technical tasks.
Organize and participate in weekly collaborative technical presentations and technology watch sessions.

Requirements

At least 7 years of development experience in Microsoft backend environments.
Experience working in an Agile context.
Strong communication, adaptability, creativity, innovation, and autonomy.
Interest in technical challenges and career development in both technical and human dimensions.
