Responsibilities

Lead the technical direction and mobile development strategy for patient-facing applications.
Prototype and ship features across patient mobile and web apps in partnership with product and design.
Help shape product direction for patient engagement, retention, onboarding, and care journeys.
Engage directly with patients and collaborate with product, design, and clinical teams to translate needs into features.
Mentor junior engineers and raise engineering standards across the team.
Define architecture patterns, technical standards, and development practices for patient-facing products.

Requirements

Deep experience building and shipping consumer or patient-facing mobile, web, or full-stack products.
Experience serving as a technical lead, setting architecture direction, and mentoring engineers.
Ability to work across the full stack and move quickly in a startup environment.
Strong focus on building high-quality user experiences and collaborating closely with product and design.
Familiarity with trends in LLM coding agents and using them to increase engineering impact.
