Responsibilities

  • Design solution architecture for scalable conversational bot and contact center platforms using Google Dialogflow CX and Google Cloud Platform.
  • Integrate Dialogflow CX with backend systems, APIs, Twilio, Genesys, and telephony platforms.
  • Implement security and redaction policies for PII, PCI, and HIPAA compliance.
  • Architect for Google Cloud quotas, regions, failover, scalability, and cost efficiency.
  • Drive CI/CD automation and usage analytics when applicable using Cloud Build, GitHub Actions, BigQuery, and Looker Studio.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in contact center technology implementation.
  • 15 years of full-time education, including a BE or BTech qualification.
  • Experience designing and implementing Google Dialogflow CX and Google Cloud conversational AI solutions.
  • Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect or Professional Cloud Developer certification is noted.
  • Experience with backend integrations, APIs, telephony platforms, security policies, quotas, regions, and failover is required or relevant.
