Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize trading desk infrastructure and operational processes.
  • Support trading systems and workflows by executing data queries and coordinating with stakeholders.
  • Design and implement solutions for trading and operational issues.
  • Build tools that improve firm operations and trade execution efficiency.
  • Communicate with clearing firms and external counterparties to settle and clear trades.
  • Collaborate with traders, developers, and internal groups to deliver accurate and efficient solutions.

Requirements

  • Strong technical foundation and interest in expanding programming skills.
  • Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, organizational, and collaboration abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt, learn quickly, ask questions, and balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in finance and passion for STEM.
  • Fluency in English.
  • No specific finance or other field background is required.
