Responsibilities

Lead development of responsive, scalable, and high-performing web applications using React.js and Node.js.
Drive front-end architecture decisions, coding standards, performance optimization, and development best practices.
Design and consume APIs and support integration across applications and enterprise systems.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, client teams, and distributed technology partners to translate requirements into solutions.
Support CI/CD implementation and DevOps practices for reliable software deployments.
Use GitHub Copilot and other AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, code quality, and troubleshooting.
Mentor development team members and contribute to technical problem solving across the application lifecycle.

Requirements

Strong hands-on experience developing enterprise applications with React.js and Node.js.
Experience leading UI development initiatives and collaborating with distributed delivery teams.
Understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and application integration patterns.
Experience with modern software development practices, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps methodologies.
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot.
Strong problem-solving, debugging, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
A bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or equivalent.
Experience with Azure or AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes is preferred.
Knowledge of front-end architecture, performance optimization, security best practices, technical design discussions, Agile methodologies, and distributed team environments is preferred.
