Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of full-stack applications using industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement features that improve user experience and system performance.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers.
  • Ensure code quality and performance through comprehensive testing and debugging.
  • Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to the strategic direction of technology solutions.
  • Stay current with industry trends and integrate new technologies into engineering practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Typically 5–9 years of experience in full-stack development.
  • Proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks with expertise across the stack.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and strategic-thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • An advanced degree is preferred.
  • Ability to provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers.
