Responsibilities

  • Lead the engineering transformation of digital channels through AI assistants, agentic workflows, voice experiences, and ServiceNow capabilities.
  • Identify, prototype, productionize, and measure adoption of high-value agentic AI opportunities.
  • Build LLM-based and RAG solutions grounded in approved knowledge, policies, and operational data.
  • Engineer AI agents with orchestration frameworks, tool calling, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop controls.
  • Create production-quality software components, services, integrations, and automation scripts.
  • Integrate AI, ServiceNow, mobile, enterprise, data, and third-party capabilities through APIs, events, and secure service interfaces.
  • Define and implement observability, tracing, logging, evaluation, alerting, dashboards, governance, and continuous improvement for AI systems.
  • Configure and enhance ServiceNow ITSM processes, workflows, reports, dashboards, and automation in alignment with ITIL and operational controls.
  • Manage dependencies, integrations, backlog priorities, and stakeholder communication across AI, digital-channel, and ServiceNow workstreams.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of software engineering, automation, platform engineering, or related technical delivery experience with hands-on development.
  • Strong programming and integration skills with Python, JavaScript or similar languages, REST APIs, authentication, event-driven patterns, and automated testing.
  • Experience designing, building, and deploying LLM-powered applications, AI assistants, chatbots, voicebots, or intelligent automation solutions.
  • Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, NLP, embeddings, vector search, RAG patterns, and model evaluation.
  • Experience delivering agentic AI solutions with orchestration frameworks or platforms such as LangGraph, ServiceNow AI, or CrewAI.
  • Experience engineering production AI solutions with observability, monitoring, security, privacy, responsible AI, and cost awareness.
  • Ability to define and use agent performance metrics covering quality, task completion, latency, tool reliability, handoff, adoption, safety, and cost.
  • Experience designing scalable AI platform components and integrating them with digital channels, enterprise services, data sources, and third-party tools.
  • Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, including configuration, scripting, Flow Designer, workflow or process automation, and ITIL-aligned controls.
  • Experience with Agile delivery, Scrum ceremonies, backlog refinement, and user-story-based development.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
