Evident Change is a nonpartisan nonprofit organization that uses data, research, and evidence-based practices to improve social systems and create better outcomes for individuals, families, and communities. Formerly known as the National Council on Crime & Delinquency and the Children’s Research Center, the organization brings decades of experience to complex challenges across the social services and justice systems.
