It earns revenue from brokerage, distribution fees, and asset-management products. Founded in 2016 and headquartered in Bengaluru, Groww is SEBI-registered; it entered asset management by acquiring Indiabulls AMC and launching Groww Mutual Fund, and is now listed on the NSE.
