Oshkosh Corporation designs and manufactures specialty vehicles and access equipment for defense, fire and emergency, construction, and airport ground support markets. Its brands include JLG aerial work platforms, Pierce fire apparatus, McNeilus refuse and concrete mixers, and Oshkosh Defense tactical vehicles such as the JLTV. Founded in 1917 and headquartered in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, it is publicly traded on the NYSE (OSK) and sells equipment, parts and services to governments and industrial customers, including the U.S. Department of Defense.
