Responsibilities

Own a backlog of prioritized enterprise AI use cases from ideation through adoption.
Gather and refine requirements with business stakeholders and translate ambiguous problems into scoped solutions.
Design, build, test, and roll out AI solutions for end users.
Track adoption and impact after launch.
Partner with the Platform & Tools function and build on shared AI infrastructure, services, APIs, SDKs, and evaluation tooling.
Collaborate with senior team members and provide feedback on platform needs.

Requirements

Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in a technical field such as computer science, statistics, mathematics, physics, or electrical engineering, ideally with one year remaining in the academic program.
Excellent Python programming skills; Go, Java, or TypeScript experience is a bonus.
Working understanding of building and operating LLM-based applications, including prompting, retrieval, agents, and model APIs.
Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into clear requirements and deliverable solutions.
Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with non-technical business stakeholders.
Creative problem-solving ability, bias toward shipping end-to-end solutions, and strong attention to detail.
Previous financial industry experience is preferred but not required.
Hands-on exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure and shared internal services, APIs, or SDKs is preferred.
Experience delivering projects to end users, including requirements gathering, testing, and measuring usage, is preferred.
