Responsibilities

Design and implement generative AI models using GPT, VAE, GANs, and transformer architectures.
Develop and deploy NLP algorithms for text processing, semantic extraction, language understanding, information extraction, and text analytics.
Build and fine-tune large language models using transfer learning and domain adaptation.
Implement prompt engineering strategies and optimize LLM application quality.
Use deep learning frameworks to build scalable AI solutions and process large datasets with text representations, embeddings, and feature engineering.
Integrate NLP and generative AI components into production pipelines using cloud or on-premises infrastructure.
Optimize model performance, scalability, and efficiency through hyperparameter tuning and experimentation.
Research and apply RAG architectures, vector databases, LangChain, conversational AI, chatbots, and dialogue systems.
Evaluate model performance through testing frameworks and improve accuracy and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI initiatives with business objectives.

Requirements

Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on experience in NLP, machine learning, and generative AI development.
Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
Strong Python proficiency and experience with NumPy, SciPy, and Pandas.
Deep understanding of tokenization, named entity recognition, sentiment analysis, text classification, sequence modeling, LSTM, Transformers, attention mechanisms, and neural networks.
Hands-on experience with LLMs such as OpenAI GPT, LLaMA, Claude, or similar models.
Experience with Hugging Face, SpaCy, and NLTK.
Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search technologies.
Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP for deploying machine learning models.
Preferred experience fine-tuning open-source models and using model compression techniques.
Preferred knowledge of conversational AI, chatbot development, dialogue systems, MLOps, and model deployment pipelines.
Preferred experience with PySpark and understanding of data governance, security, and compliance requirements.
Professional certifications in AI/ML or cloud platforms are preferred.
