Responsibilities

Define and drive test automation strategies for AI-powered, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions.
Lead and mentor automation engineers and promote quality engineering best practices.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks across web, API, data, and AI testing layers.
Collaborate with AI Engineers, Data Scientists, Developers, and Product teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and solution quality.
Establish testing approaches for AI models, prompt-based applications, AI agents, and intelligent workflows.
Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and support continuous testing practices.
Monitor quality metrics, testing KPIs, defects, and risks, and provide stakeholder updates.
Drive innovation, process improvements, and adoption of AI-enabled quality engineering practices.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 12+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, including extensive test automation experience.
Proven experience leading automation testing teams and quality engineering initiatives across complex environments.
Strong expertise with automation frameworks and technologies including Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, Java, Python, or C#.
Experience testing AI/ML solutions, Generative AI applications, APIs, data platforms, and cloud-native applications.
Understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and modern quality engineering practices.
Familiarity with AI model validation, prompt testing, AI agent testing, LLM evaluation, and Responsible AI principles is advantageous.
Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Fluent written and spoken English communication skills.
