Responsibilities

  • Lead automation roadmaps and strategies for strategic business-unit accounts.
  • Assess account requirements and maturity, shortlist suitable accounts, and drive automation maturity improvements.
  • Align customers on automation capabilities and return on investment while meeting contractual project commitments.
  • Ensure required automation software and infrastructure are implemented and establish scalable dashboards and process-support systems.
  • Develop and review account automation plans with account partners and delivery teams.
  • Review automation projects, resolve complex operational and production escalations, and ensure successful rollout against project plans.
  • Identify automation trends, technologies, working practices, and team capability gaps.
  • Maintain customer relationships, collect feedback, coordinate internal resources, and support business continuity.
  • Manage access controls for export-controlled, proprietary, and sensitive project information.

Requirements

  • Mandatory test automation skills.
  • 5–8 years of professional experience.
  • Ability to lead automation initiatives, develop account strategies, and manage project delivery.
  • Ability to engage customers, resolve complex escalations, and coordinate delivery teams.
